If you have received a Notice from us demanding payment for your overdue account, and you are unable to pay this immediately you should contact us as soon as possible on 1800 030 402 to avoid further action and expense.

We understand that through no fault of your own, you may not be in a position to pay the full balance of the amount owed due to personal financial hardship. If this is the case please contact us to arrange a suitable payment arrangement or alternatively contact the Council’s rates department to state your case.
